Gas flow sensing: integration checklist
Check the gas, flow path and electrical interface before evaluating an OEM flow module.
Gas and operating conditions
Confirm the selected model's compatible gas, measurement range and pressure limits. Do not assume that every model supports the same medium or operating conditions.
Flow path
Follow the manufacturer's installation guidance. Upstream restrictions, bends and contamination can affect evaluation results; compare measurements with a suitable reference.
Electrical integration
Verify supply, pin assignment and output interface against the exact model documentation. Validate communication and readings before connecting the module to the final control system.
